Helen attempts to stop the destruction of the Earth by traveling back in time to prevent humans from evolving. The team decides to chase Helen but must split up when another anomaly appears.

The team try to deal with a group of rhinoceros-type beasts from the Eocene. Danny shows up with a woman from the future who tries to help.

After an anomaly opens a large insect-like creature breaks through. The team are pushed to their limits to make sure it returns home. Abby’s brother ends up driving through the anomaly when he tries to find out what her job is and team try to rescue him.

After the team discovers a mysterious artifact, Christine takes over the Anomaly Research Center in an attempt to steal it. The team manages to escape and they make their way to an abandoned cabin in the woods. While there an anomaly opens and several large ostrich like creatures begin to attack. The team must find ways to defend themselves against not only the creatures but also some of Christine’s men who were sent to recover the artifact.

The team are forced to flee when the ARC is invaded by Christine Johnson and the military. As they hide out in the woods danger soon shows up.

A threat from the past and future puts the team in danger. Cutter, Connor, Abby and Becker battle to send the diictodons back to their time zone whilst trying to stop journalist Mick Harper from exposing the ARC and it’s secrets at the same time. The rest of the team have to fend of Helen and her Cleaner Replicas.

Giant polar Pandas storm through a zoo. The team must contain them while trying to find out the mystery of a haunted house in which a future camoflage beast is waiting for them.

Three teenage boys break into the local haunted house daring one another to go further and further into the abandoned building. But the innocent games soon take a sinister turn when the house comes alive and a terrifying creature attacks them. In the aftermath of the deadly attack, the only survivor is arrested for murder but is never convicted.
Years later, the hapless young man is freed from jail, but is still too tormented to confront what really happened.

Meanwhile Cutter’s (Douglas Henshall) research leads him to predict that the next anomaly will open in this same ‘haunted house’. Jenny (Lucy Brown), Connor (Andrew-Lee Potts) and Abby (Hannah Spearritt) are sent to investigate and uncover the mystery surrounding the house.
They track down the survivor and discover that the house is actually home to a terrifying Camouflage creature from the future, a beast that can change shape and form to disguise itself until it is practically invisible.

The team also find themselves in trouble with the law when suspicious detective Danny Quinn (Jason Flemying) takes an instant dislike to them and their interest in the house, culminating in Connor’s arrest. But just what is Quinn’s own interest in the house? His almost constant presence there underlines that it is certainly far more than a professional one.

A deadly game of cat and mouse plays out within the house and the surrounding suburb as the team tries to capture the creature – not easy when they can barely see it. With Connor behind bars, and both Quinn and the creature on their tails, Abby, Jenny and Cutter must draw on all their expertise to discover the truth.

Cutter and the rest of the team are still trying to come to terms with Stephen’s death. A creature that looks like an Egyptian god comes through an anomaly that opens in the British Museum. Egyptologist Sarah Page and new head of Security Captain Becker attempt to find where the creature has gone.

When an exhibition of ancient Egyptian relics comes to the British Museum, an anomaly opens in a mysterious monument called the ‘Sun Cage’. A creature emerges from it – a Pristichampsus, a kind of monstrous crocodile that can run on two legs. This creature, which comes from a past much more distant than the Egypt of the Pharaohs, somehow became worshipped as a god in that civilization, and is now portrayed in the hieroglyphics on the Sun Cage.

The murderous creature wreaks havoc in the museum before escaping into the city. Helped by Sarah Page (Laila Rouass) the smart and sexy archaeologist at the museum, Cutter (Douglas Henshall) Abby (Hannah Spearritt), Connor (Andrew-Lee Potts) and their new Head of Security, Captain Becker (Ben Mansfield) must track it down before it claims any more victims.

A race against time ensues as the trio track the monster across central London, from the busy banks of the Thames, to the Southbank and Royal Festival Hall. Back at the British Museum, Connor and Sarah guard the Sun Cage and repeatedly attempt to prevent other creatures from bursting through. During their battle, Connor inadvertently ‘locks’ the anomaly shut. Unclear how or why this amazing development occurs he nonetheless feels the beginnings of an idea. He also begins to believe in the legendary curse attached to the Sun Cage and convinces himself he is next in line for the crocodile God’s revenge.

While the team are tangled up with the rather tetchy living legend, Lester has his own troubles when he is summoned to Whitehall by Christine Johnson. Described by Lester himself as a ‘velociraptor, only better dressed. Johnson displays a rather unhealthy interest in the work of the ARC. The meeting is interrupted by the arrival of a solider wanting to speak with her. Distracted she ushers Lester away and engages in a furious conversation with the military man. He shows her a photo of an ancient artefact and apologises for his failed mission to retrieve it telling her that he and his team were attacked by predators.

Can the team safely deposit the creature back into the past, where it can retain its place in Egyptian mythology without Ammut claiming anymore victims? Who is Johnson and what is her interest in the activities of the team? And just what will Cutter do with Sarah Page? She’s seen and heard too much to be dismissed by a Jenny Lewis (Lucy Brown) press release.

A gigantic mammoth rampages across the M25 motorway. Elsewhere, a future predator appears in ARC.

Episode 6

After discovering conclusive evidence that someone has been shadowing the team and interfering in the past, Cutter’s suspicions fall on Lester and Jenny. He is determined to prove that one or the other of them – or perhaps both – is the traitor.

His plans are interrupted when an anomaly is detected and Lester’s worst nightmare comes to pass – a giant Colombian mammoth has appeared and is rampaging on a section of busy road in broad daylight, scattering cars and sending pedestrians running for their lives. Cutter and the team respond but Stephen is nowhere to be seen.

Dealing with the confused and angry mammoth requires every ounce of Cutter’s ingenuity but when the anomaly closes Cutter faces an even greater problem – how do you hide a mammoth? With the press about to break through the cordon Jenny has erected, Cutter formulates a new plan and with the help of Connor and Abby manages to trap the mammoth in the back of a lorry.

The team get away with it by the skin of their teeth, but Cutter is bewildered and angry with Stephen when he finally turns up, too late to be any real help and with no convincing explanation for his absence. To make matters worse Stephen has brought Helen with him. Cutter refuses to talk to either of them; instead he is determined to track down the enemy within. He sets a trap, letting only Connor and Abby in on his plan. They fake the appearance of an anomaly on the detector to see who will go to it first, knowing that whoever it is must be the traitor. The plan works, and reveals that the traitor is… Jenny.

Cutter is badly shaken by the revelation, but when he confronts her, she claims to have no idea what he is talking about – she received an anonymous text telling her to meet him there. The team discover that it is actually Leek who has set up the innocent Jenny. Not only that, but he has set a future predator loose at the ARC and is somehow controlling it to track down and kill Lester.

After a harrowing chase Lester manages to kill the predator and he tells his security force officers to find Leek and arrest him. Meanwhile Cutter and the team track down Caroline to a disused MOD base. Leek once again manages to fool them and he captures the team. When they come around they are shocked, not only to learn that Helen is in cahoots with Leek, but also he’s acquired a menagerie of creatures from different times.

When a young girl is trapped in the Silurian era, the team find themselves in serious trouble – giant scorpians are terrorising them, and the anomaly has closed.

The team is faced with giant scorpions as they are trapped in the past while trying to rescue a child stranded through an anomaly.

Episode 5

Taylor, an eleven-year-old girl, is walking her dog when she stumbles across an anomaly in a nearby alley. The dog runs through it and when Taylor races after him she finds herself in a dazzling new world of rocky terrain, ever shifting sands and twinkling stars. But her astonishment quickly turns to panic when something inside the sand rises up in front of her. She screams in horror….

Meanwhile Leek is alone in the ARC when the anomaly detector bursts into life. He quickly traces the location but instead of summoning the team he makes an untraceable call of his own to the “cleaner” before causing the detector’s computer to crash. Leek slips quietly away and goes to the anomaly site to meet with the “cleaner” and a heavily armed group of mercenaries. At his command, the group slip through the portal unseen and undetected.

On the other side, as they walk across the Silurian desert the mercenaries see Taylor stranded on a rocky outcrop shouting at them. Mistaking her shouts as pleas for help they ignore the girl and keep on moving, intent on completing their mission. Suddenly the sand starts moving beneath them, but as Taylor continues to yell her warnings, it’s too late. She covers her ears and listens to screams and gunfire echoing in the distance. Finally the desert swallows them up, leaving nothing but their scattered weapons and a deathly silence.

Meanwhile back in then present day, Connor finally gets the detector up and running and immediately locates the anomaly site. The team race to where the portal has opened and Stephen and Cutter enter the strange Silurian world. In the distance, they can see the rocky outcrop on which Taylor is stranded and head towards her, unsure as to why she seems reluctant to move. As they walk through the desert they find the mercenaries weapons littered on the sand. Cutter is determined not to leave anything behind so the two men pick up the guns and pack them away safely.

However, as the sand starts to move beneath them they realise with mounting horror why Taylor has remained where she is. As giant Silurian scorpions burst from the treacherous dunes, Cutter and Stephen face the race of their lives as they frantically scrabble to reach safe ground.

As the team wait on the other side they realise the anomaly is growing weaker but as Cutter, Stephen and Taylor move across the rocky terrain as fast as they can the shimmering portal closes before they reach it.
Stranded in the past as the sand all around ripples with the scorpions just beneath its surface, Stephen and Cutter must put aside their differences and work together if they are ever to find a way home.
